Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: 1. Details --This offer is for a 3-night beach yoga retreat in Kerala , specifically curated for relaxation, mindfulness, and yoga practices. The retreat includes accommodation, daily yoga sessions, vegetarian meals, tours and guided beach activities. Airport/Station transfers to the retreat & back are not included. 2. Eligibility & Duration-- The 3-night retreat is available for booking from September 2024 to April 2025, Xmas /New Yar supplement of 50% applicable 15th December 2024 and 15th January 2025..Minimum age requirement for participation is 18 years. 3. Booking & Payment Terms-- For booking confirmation, please pay a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total retreat price and Full payment of balance before 30 days before the start of the retreat. Payment can be made via at our office, bank transfer, credit card, or through our online portal. 4. Cancellations & Refunds— CANCELLATION WINDOW More than 45 Days—Refund of all amount except the 30% Deposit Between 45-30 Days—50% of the total retreat amount paid including deposit Less than 30 Day - - No REFUND ***In case of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions, participants will be offered alternative dates. 5. Postponement & Changes--Date changes may be permitted if requested at least 30 days before the retreat, subject to availability. Amendments made within 30 days of the retreat will incur a fee of 25% of the total retreat cost. 6. Health & Fitness Requirements--Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in suitable physical and mental health for the retreat. If you have any pre-existing health conditions, please inform the retreat organizers in advance. You may consult with your doctor before participating in any physical activity during the retreat. 7. Liability --The retreat organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat. Participants are required to carry their own travel insurance to cover potential health issues, accidents, or cancellations. 8.The retreat itinerary may be subject to minor changes due to weather conditions, availability of instructors, or other factors.**The retreat package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service. By booking the retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T &C.
